Confidential Information: means all information exchanged between the parties under the Contract, including, but not limited to, Content reserved for Registered Users. Confidential Information does not include publicly available data, information already known prior to its disclosure, or information published with the consent of the parties.

2. General Provisions
A) Scope of Services

Rocket2fame.com offers digital services enabling users to:
Purchase digital interactions on social platforms (likes, followers, views, etc.) according to the quantities and types specified on the site.
These services are described in detail on the product pages and must be used exclusively on accounts or content belonging to the customer.
Conditions of use of the services
The services are delivered based on the information provided by the customer (username, link, etc.). This information must be accurate, complete and compliant with the requirements of the platforms concerned.
Any use of the services on accounts or content that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the order without refund.
Correction of errors

At its discretion, Rocket2fame.com may rectify the order if this is possible and has not already generated excessive costs.

B) Guarantees and limitations
Guaranteed results for specific products
For an order of “1000 Instagram followers”, we deliver 1000 followers, with a fluctuation margin of +/- 5% due to external factors.
The products are delivered according to the quantities specified at the time of purchase. For example:

Subscriber retention and interactions

Or, in some cases, a partial refund.
We guarantee a 90% retention rate for a period of 30 days after delivery.
In the event of a significant loss below this guaranteed retention rate, you may request compensation in the form of:
Exclusions from warranties
Rocket2fame.com does not guarantee:
The exact maintenance of the quantity delivered after 30 days.
An increased commitment or specific performances on your contents (for example, increase in sales or organic reach).
Variations due to actions of social platforms (deletion of accounts, updates of algorithms) or to the behavior of users (voluntary unsubscriptions) are not attributable to Rocket2fame.com.

C) Procedure in case of disruptions
Service interruptions
If a major interruption prevents the delivery of your services for more than 5 working days, you may request:
Compensation in the form of a credit note to be used for a future order.
A partial refund calculated in proportion to the services not rendered.
Complaints
Any complaint related to an order must be reported within 7 days of delivery via [email protected].
Complaints must include clear evidence, such as screenshots or precise details of the problem encountered.

D) Customer obligations

F) Guarantee
Term and scope of the guarantee
Each customer can benefit, upon request, from a 30-day guarantee from the delivery of the services ordered. This guarantee covers:
The number of followers, views, likes or other digital interactions delivered.
Terms of the guarantee
The addition of followers, views, or additional likes.
Or, in some cases, a partial refund.
We guarantee a retention rate of 90% of followers or interactions delivered over a period of 30 days.
If the retention rate is lower, you can request compensation in the form of:
Loss of warranty
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
You modify or delete the content (account, video, publication) during the warranty period.
You make your account or content private or inaccessible.
You impose geographical or technical restrictions preventing public access.

G) Eligibility

You are fully competent and entitled to accept the terms, conditions, obligations and guarantees set out in these General Terms and Conditions.

L) Additional checks for risky orders

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, execution or termination of these General Terms and Conditions, the parties agree that the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of Malta. These courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
C) Dispute resolution procedure
Before referring the matter to the courts, the parties undertake to follow the following procedure:

If no satisfactory solution is found within the allotted time, the complaining party must send an official complaint by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of the company’s head office:
AAZ Media Ltd CMS House, Third Floor, St Peter’s Street, San Gwann SGN 2310, Malta.
This letter must include a copy of the initial complaint sent by email and all supporting documents.
D) Legal recourse

If attempts at an amicable resolution fail after the steps described above, the parties may refer the matter to the competent courts in Malta, as defined in Article 7. B)

8. Limitation of means of control and obligation to report
A) Absence of systematic control

Rocket2fame.com makes every effort to guarantee the quality and conformity of the services ordered. However, due to logistical and organizational constraints, Rocket2fame.com is not in a position to systematically and individually verify that each order has been duly executed and conforms to the customer’s expectations.
B) Obligation of the customer to report

In the event of a malfunction or problem relating to the execution of the order (for example: incomplete services, errors in the delivery of digital interactions), it is the customer’s responsibility to report the problem within a maximum period of 30 days from the expected delivery, by e-mail to the following address: [email protected].
The report must include:
The number or reference of the order concerned.
A clear and precise description of the problem encountered.
Any useful evidence or document to support the complaint (screenshots, URLs, etc.).
C) Commitment of Rocket2fame.com in case of notification

Upon receipt of the complaint, Rocket2fame.com commits to:
Examine the reported problem within 20 working days.
Implement all necessary measures to resolve the problem or, if this is not possible, propose an alternative solution (for example: compensation in the form of additional services or a partial refund).
D) Absence of complaint
If the customer does not report a problem within the allotted time after delivery, the order will be deemed to be compliant and correctly executed. No complaints will be accepted after this period, unless explicitly stated otherwise in these General Terms and Conditions or in a specific guarantee related to the order.

9) Delivery times and management of unforeseen events
A) Standard delivery times
Simple services: Simple services (for example, purchase of single views, likes or immediate followers) will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the confirmation of the order.
Products spread over 30 days:
For orders relating to products spread over a period of time (for example: followers or promotional packs over 30 days), Rocket2fame.com will endeavor to respect a continuous and balanced delivery over this period. However, due to technical or operational constraints, full delivery may take between 10 and 60 days.
Automated views/likes:
Automated views or likes will be provided over a period of 30 days, in accordance with the specifications of the order.
B) Reporting late deliveries
If, after 15 days for a single service or 30 days for a service spread over 30 days, less than 50% of the order has been delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to report this problem to Rocket2fame.com.
The report must be made by e-mail to [[email protected]], providing:
The order number or reference.
A precise description of the problem encountered.
Any useful evidence or document.
C) Management of delays and available options
If it is impossible to deliver the entire service subscribed to within the planned deadlines (30 days for a simple service or 60 days for a distributed service), Rocket2fame.com and the customer may agree on the following measures:
Extension of the delivery period
Rocket2fame.com will propose a new reasonable deadline for completing the order.
If the customer accepts this extension, the order will continue to be fulfilled according to the new agreed terms.
Partial refund
If the customer refuses the proposed extension, Rocket2fame.com will proceed with a partial refund, calculated in proportion to the services not yet delivered.
The refund will be made within 14 working days after confirmation of the refusal of the extension by the client.
D) Liability in case of prolonged delay
If Rocket2fame.com fails to deliver within 30 days (for a simple service) or 60 days (for a distributed service) and the client makes a complaint:
Rocket2fame.com will offer an extension or a partial refund, according to the customer’s choice.
In the absence of a complaint within 7 days after the end of the initial period, the order will be deemed to be in order, and no complaints can be accepted for services already performed.

10) Mediation and dispute resolution

“In the event of a dispute, you have the right to use mediation to try to resolve the dispute amicably, in accordance with applicable laws. You are free to choose an accredited mediator in your country of residence or any other mediator recognized by a competent authority.
The chosen mediator must meet the following conditions:
Be accredited by a recognized authority in his or her jurisdiction.
Be independent and impartial to ensure fair mediation.
Be able to communicate in a language that both parties understand.
The costs associated with the mediation are to be borne by the parties in accordance with the rules set by the chosen mediator. To initiate mediation, you must inform us in writing at [email protected] within 15 days of notification of the dispute.”
